Coimbatore: Three young men were arrested for breaking into a TASMAC shop and stealing liquor. TASMAC liquor shops have been kept closed due to the lockdown. Many have been selling liquor in the black market and the police have been taking stern action against them.
Coimbatore: Three young men were arrested for breaking into a TASMAC shop and stealing liquor. TASMAC liquor shops have been kept closed due to the lockdown. Many have been selling liquor in the black market and the police have been taking stern action against them.
In the meantime, the police have arrested the people who stole liquor by breaking the windows of the Tasmac shop in Vellalore Road, Pothanur. Upon receiving information the Podanur Police reached the spot and investigated. Investigation revealed that some unidentified men broke the window of the TASMAC shop and stole liquor bottles.
Subsequently, the Podanur police have registered a case and investigations have revealed that three persons, Muthu, Vikram and Abhi (A) Abhishek, who had already broken into a TASMAC shop near Singanallur has stolen liquor bottles in other TASMACs too. Subsequently, the police have remanded them to prison after producing them in court.
