Karamadai: Tribal people of Neelaampathi in the Tholampalayam Panchayat of the Karamadai Western Union were provided with relief materials by the DMK cadres. Due to the lack of jobs due to the COVID-19 lockdown more than 300 tribal members were provided with relief supplies and face masks. Further, sanitation workers at the Tholampalayam Panchayat were presented with COVID-19 relief supplies and other essentials such as face masks, hand gloves and sanitizers.
Coimbatore: Tribal people of Neelaampathi in the Tholampalayam Panchayat of the Karamadai Western Union were provided with relief materials by the DMK functionaries.
Due to the lack of jobs due to the COVID-19 lockdown, more than 300 tribal members who are dependent on daily wages were grounded and were not getting the relief materials reached out to them.

To alleviate this, the DMK functionaries provided the tribals with relief supplies and face masks. Further, sanitation workers at the Tholampalayam Panchayat were presented with COVID-19 relief supplies and other essentials such as face masks, hand gloves and sanitizers.
Executive Committee member of the DMK T.R. Shanmugasundaram arranged for the distribution of relief supplies to the tribal members in the presence of panchayat in-charge Saravanan, Panchayat President Jaya Senthil and K.R. Vimal Kumar.
After this, T.R. Shanmugasundaram and K.R. Vimal Kumar presented relief materials to 300 families in the Mettupalayam Assembly Constituency.

They also presented the sanitation workers with face masks, gloves, sanitizers and relief materials. Executives and cadres Saravanan, James and Gunasekaran were also present.
