Following this information, the police led by Sub Inspector Venkatachalam of Big Bazaar Police Station, rushed to the spot and registered a case against Abudahir, 42, who had held a prayer in violation of the curfew.
Similarly, the Jummah prayer was also held on the terrace of a house in the Reshma Garden area of Anbu Nagar. The police have registered a case against Mohammed Rafiq, 42, from Anbu Nagar, who held a prayer for more than 50 people.
