Today too we might receive medium to heavy showers post lunch for a few hours. All major areas of Tirupur and surrounding towns like Coimbatore, Avinashi, Dharapuram, Annur and Mettupalayam should receive copious rainfall. This should come in as a welcome break for the summer heat that has been building up.
