Coronavirus: 25 Tea estate workers in Valparai with travel history to Kerala tested

Coimbatore: The Tamilnadu government has been aggressively tracking those with travel history in all districts. In recent days, the tracking of people with travel history has also included locations in India like Kerala, Maharashtra and Delhi.

Coimbatore: The Tamilnadu government has been aggressively tracking those with travel history in all districts. In recent days, the tracking of people with travel history has also included locations in India like Kerala, Maharashtra and Delhi. 

District authorities in all districts of Tamilnadu have prepared lists of people who had travel history. In Valparai, the healthcare officials have identified that many tea estate workers have had travel history to Kerala as they travel to Kerala and back to the estates regularly.



According to the list, 25 people were summoned to the Valparai Government Medical Center today to be examined by the Corona Prevention Team led by Valparai Government Hospital Dean Vinod.
