Coimbatore: The DGP in a release ordered to allow movement of all the goods vehicles carrying either essential, non-essential or empty vehicles plying to carry them. He said the vehicles must not be obstructed by field level officers.

He further added that the officers must not demand passes from such goods vehicles. With the entire nation under lockdown, the movement of vehicles was restricted across borders and now the order to allow goods vehicles has been issued.
