In this state, the Kerala government approached the TN government and requested if they could buy the milk. CM Edappadi Palanisamy agreed to consider and look into the matter. Aavin Milk Federation of Erode, has agreed to purchase 50,000 litres of milk, from Kerala, everyday. This milk will be used for the production of milk powder."
Thanking the gesture, Kerala CM Pinarayai Vijayan said, "We thank the TN CM Edappadi Palanisamy for considering our request and the TN government for executing the arrangement quickly."
