Tirupur: Tirupur District Collector Vijayakarthikeyan, inspected the disinfectant tunnel that has been installed at the Thennapalayam Farmer's market in Tirupur.
Speaking to the press, he said, "The disinfectant tunnel installed here is the first of its kind, in Tirupur. We hope that the installation of the disinfectant tunnel, will be a milestone step, in the prevention of COVID-19. So far 1312 people have been kept in home isolation and are being monitored. The 39 people who participated in the New Delhi conference have not shown any symptoms, however they are being closely monitored."
