Speaking to reporters later, he said that following the implementation of 144 ban in Tirupur he is in consultation with the Corporation to create a public kitchen for those in need.
Five groups have been formed to monitor corona preventive measures in the Tirupur district and 172 persons have been kept under house surveillance with their families as they had returned from abroad. A man who returned from London has been identified with corona and is receiving treatment at the ESI hospital. He also warned that action would be taken against those spreading unwanted rumours about Corona.
