Coimbatore: Preventive measures to prevent the spread of COIVD-19, at Valparai, were inspected by the Municipal Commissioner Pavanraj, Health Inspector Johnson, Tahsildar Rajan and Block Resource Center Chief Dr. Babu Lakshmanan.
Coimbatore: Preventive measures to prevent the spread of COIVD-19, at Valparai, were inspected by the Municipal Commissioner Pavanraj, Health Inspector Johnson, Tahsildar Rajan and Block Resource Center Chief Dr. Babu Lakshmanan.
They demonstrated handwashing techniques, practically at frequent intervals, at the Gandhi Statue Complex. They also educated and created awareness among the people, regarding the contagious nature of Coronavirus and distributed pamphlets.
Municipal Commissioner, Tahsildar, Doctors, Municipality officers, Sanitation workers, Medical department workers, police department officials and Revenue Department officials took part in the awareness creating campaign.
Fumigation works were undertaken vigilantly at the Gandhi statue bust stand, Stanmore junction, Post office, New bus stand, and vehicles visiting the Attakatti checkpost, Mazhukkappaarai checkpost, were also fumigated.
Further, mobile announcement is being made, in public interest, regarding strictly observing section 144, from today evening.
