Tirupur: The residents of Karaipudur of Palladam, woke up to shock on Monday, after they discovered a partially burnt body of a woman.
Tirupur: The residents of Karaipudur of Palladam, woke up to shock on Monday, after they discovered a partially burnt body of a woman.

Seeing an object set fire, the residents doused the fire with water and discovered to their shock that the object was a human body.
Wasting no time, the residents immediately alerted the police, who rushed to the spot, to retrieve the body. According to the police, the body belongs to a young female and she was butchered to death before she was set on fire.

Forensic experts and sniffer dog was also brought to the spot.
The police were unable to find the whereabouts of the female, as the body was charred beyond recognition. However, the post mortem report revealed that the body belonged to a woman, approximately 26-year-old.
Following this, the police are investigating to identity the deceased woman and the murderer.
