L Murugan VC of National Commission for Scheduled Castes appointed as TN BJP President

L. Murugan, holds a LLM (M.L, Master of Law in International Law) from the University of Madras, Chennai. An LLB (B.L.) graduate of the Dr. Ambedkar Govt. Law College, Chennai, he did his PG Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights. 

He has been practicing as an Advocate, Standing Counsel, Govt. of India, High Court at Madras with an experience of 15 years. He is currently the Vice-chairman of the National Commission for Scheduled Castes, at New Delhi.
