Pollachi sexual assault and extortion case postponed to Mar 24

Coimbatore: The Pollachi sexual assault and extortion case which came to hearing, today here in Coimbatore Mahila Court has been postponed to March 24, 2020.


Coimbatore: The Pollachi sexual assault and extortion case which came to hearing, today here in Coimbatore Mahila Court has been postponed to March 24, 2020. 

All the five accused in the case, Thirunavukarasu, Sabarirajan, Vasanthakumar, Sathish and Manivannan were presented at the Coimbatore Mahila court, today. Justice Radhika of Special POCSO and Mahila Court adjourned the case to March 24.

Earlier, the case for handled at Coimbatore Principal District and Sessions Court, later on February 11, 2020 was transfered to Mahila Court. 

The accused in the case were presented to the Court, through video conferencing on January 25, 2020.
