Coimbatore: Unidentified men have hurled petrol bombs at the District headquarter office of Hindu Munnani located at Rangai Konar Street in Kattoor, on Tuesday.
Coimbatore: Unidentified men have hurled petrol bombs at the District headquarter office of Hindu Munnani located at Rangai Konar Street in Kattoor, on Tuesday.
At around 10 AM this morning, when the a cadre came to open the office, he found a broken petrol bottle on the premises and reported to the Hindu Munnani members.
Following this, police rushed to the spot and commenced investigation. Deputy Commisioner (L&O) Balaji Saravanan arrived at the scene and investigated the Hindu Munnani members and the public in the neighbourhood areas.
Police are scrutinising the CCTV cameras from nearby areas. Forensic experts arrived to the spot. Additional security has been deployed.
