In view of the outbreak of Coronavirus and 30 postive cases recorded in India, Dr GR Ravindranath, General Secretary of Doctor's Association for Social Equality, on Friday has urged the central government to revoke the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) , as mass protests and gatherings might contribute to widespread infection.

In a circular issued by Dr GR Ravindranath he has informed that COVID-19 has been spreading rapidly throughout the World. The International Public Health Department and the WHO have advised against people gathering in large numbers.
