MLA Kasturi Vasu on Wednesday inaugurated the Anganwadi center by lighting the lamp.
Later, bhoomi pooja for laying roads in a budget of Rs.10 lakh was also initiated. MLA Kasturi Vasu, party functionaries, volunteers and public were present at the function.
The MLA also conducted a surprise inspection at the Government Maternity Hospital in Vettaikaranpudur. During the inspection, the MLA interacted with the women patients and enquired regarding the basic facilities of the hospital.
