Coimbatore: Corporation Commissioner J Sravan Kumar on Tuesday inspected the ongoing developmental works at Ward No: 24 in the West Zone.
He visited the developmental works under the Smart city project including the underground sewerage works, drinking water projects, multi level Car parking constructed at R.S.Puram.
Following which he also visited Ward No.7, of the West Zone in Kavundampalayam, and reviewed the laying of road in VOC Nagar Main road area, undertaken at a cost of Rs.61 lakh.
Lawyer, he reviewed the works being undertaken at the new electric crematorium constructed at the West Zone, 5th ward, Kavundampalyam. He directed the officials to complete the project on time with good quality output.
West Zone Assistant Commissioner A.J. Senthil Arasan and Executive Engineer (Smart City) V. Saravana Kumar and other officials were present during the inspection.
