Coimbatore: Coimbatore Commissioner and Special Officer Sravan Kumar Jatavat visited the Vellalore dump yard after a fire broke out today. The firefighters were engaged to put out the fire in war footing.

Subsequently later in the day the Corporation Commissioner inspected the measures at the dump yard today.
Deputy Commissioner Prasanna Ramasamy, City Engineer A. Lakshmanan, Executive Engineers and Assistant Commissioners were also present.
