The members who gathered near the Pappanaickenpalayam signal attempted to arrange the wedding between a German Shepherd and Pomeranian dog breed by tying Thali, the nuptial knot.
However, they did not complete the ceremony and held the Thali in their hand.
Briefing media persons, Rudramuthu, District Head of the party said that Valentine’s Day celebrations were exceeding the limits in many places as youth often tend to act vulgarly in public places. "Condemning such acts, we have organised this protest", he added.
