Coimbatore: The woman who legs were crushed by a speeding truck when she fell off her scooter after an AIADMK flagpost on Avinashi Road tilted towards her, was provided with a government job on Friday.

Minister SP Velumani handed over the appointment letter to Rajeshwari (31) the victim, at an event held at District Collectorate, today. She will take charge as Village Assitant in Sanganoor village here.
The victim, N. Rajeswari (30) hails from Singanallur and was working in the accounts section of a hotel at Chinniyampalayam. In the gruesome accident, her leg was amputated due to damaged nerves.
Rajeshwari who received the order from the Minister thanked the Tamil Nadu Governement for providing her with a government job.
