Coimbatore: Paying tribute to the Dravidian Stalwart Arignar Anna on his 51st Memorial Day, DMK cadres in Mettupalayam held a peace march, on Monday.
DMK MTP Secretary, Mohammed Yunus, and members took part in a silent procession and paid homage to the statue of Anna in front of the MTP bus station.
Following this, as per the announcement by the party headquarters, a signature campaign to revoke the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) was held at the bus station and its surrounding areas. The signature campaign will continue till Feb 8.
