The actor who is fresh from his controversial remarks over Periyar, has flown to Karnataka’s Bandipur Tiger Reserve, where he would be spending two nights for the shoot.
Rajinikanth is the first Indian actor who would be featuring in the special episode of Bear Grylls with celebrities.
The survival expert had earlier hosted stars including Tennis legend Roger Federer, former US President Barack Obama and many other Hollywood stars.
It was announced on Monday that Grylls would be returning with another season of Running Wild With Bear Grylls featuring celebrities such as Channing Tatum, Brie Larson, Joel McHale, Cara Delevingne, Rob Riggle, Armie Hammer and Dave Bautista.
