Coimbatore: Justice Vediyappan ordered judicial custody till February 7, 2020 for Former AIADMK MP K.C. Palanisamy who was arrested on Saturday morning on charges of cheating and forgery.
KC Palanisamy allegedly had participated in events and claimed to be a member of the AIADMK party even after he was expelled.
He has allegedly been running a website in the party’s name.
His bail application plea will be heard on coming Tuesday or Wednesday, sources said.
