Moogambigai Vignesh, Managing Partner of The Silk Princesss, who was recently awarded 'Emerging Women Entrepreneur of Coimbatore' delivered a special talk on cracking an interview on Monday at Monday Musings.

Coimbatore Management Association is organising weekly leadership talk on current topics every Monday at PSG Institute of Management. Experts from various fields deliver a lecture to the students.
This week Moogambigai Vignesh was the speaker to deliver her lecture on the topic 'Crack the interview'. In recent times every student wants to get placed in good companies but students suffer a fear when it comes to an interview. Moreover, a decent chunk of them are scared to face interviews.

Speaking at the event, Moogambigai stated that "identifying your passion and the job you love to do is the foremost important thing in getting a good job. Freshers should choose a market where they sustain for the long run. To sustain for the long run, one should do the job they love, only then one can be successful. After knowing your passion and choosing the job position, freshers should understand the workflow of the job because we do not yet know the market. Once you get into the market you should learn how to survive and how to become a big fish in the field you have chosen."
She also advised the students "Never give up if you are rejected by a recruiter at the time of campus interview because every failure is a learning and wait for your time."

She also explained how to make a resume for fresher. In that, she said that the objective column in the resume is more important as it speaks about the candidate attending an interview. She interacted with the students present at the Monday Musings meetings and clarified their doubts regarding cracking an interview.
