Based on a complaint filed by Manikandan, cases have been filed under three sections on four people at Saravanampatti Police station. HR Director, Dr. Kavidasan, Manager, Shankar Ganesh, PRO Saravanan and a Security personnel have been charged under sections 75 (1)(c) and 323.
Manikandan who was undergoing treatment at Coimbatore government hospital was discharged, today. The Saravanampatti police took custody of him.
