One of the prime accused in the case Walayar Manoj, who is lodged at the Coimbatore Central Prison, had been granted bail for four days until January 7, to attend his father's funeral.
Following this, the trial was postponed to January 28 and all the accused in the case were ordered to be present at the court on that day.
