While six people have already been arrested and detained under Goondas and POCSO Act, Manikandan is the recent addition to the list of culprits involved in the gruesome act.
According to reports, based on the investigation with the accused, the All Women's Police Station in RS Puram have arrested Manikandan and booked him under POCSO.
Manikandan, Karthik, Rahul, Prakash, Karthikeyan and Narayanamoorthy are the six accused who are currently lodged in the Coimbatore central jail under POCSO and Goondas act.
