Coimbatore: Personnel of the Isha Snake Rescue Centre have caught a 15-foot King Cobra at the fringe of Booluvampatti Forest Range near Thanikandi here.
Coimbatore: Personnel of the Isha Snake Rescue Centre have caught a 15-foot King Cobra at the fringe of Booluvampatti Forest Range near Thanikandi here.
According to local people, they had alerted the Boluvampati Forest Range officials about the 15-foot snake which was lying on the road side a few meters away from the border of the reserve.
Reportedly, as the foresters did not have any snake rescue equipment, the personnel from Isha Yoga Snake Rescue Centre caught the snake.
Later, the snake was taken to Velliangiri foothills and released inside the reserve.
