Coimbatore: The District AIADMK leaders and cadres on Tuesday paid tributes to its founder and late Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M G Ramachandran on his 32nd death anniversary.
Paying floral tributes to his statue at Anna Silai on Avinashi road here, the members resolved to work on the lines of late chief minister J Jayalalithaa and MGR.
Later, they administered a pledge, recalling his contributions in various sectors and vowed to work tirelessly to uphold the democratic principles of Puratchi Thalaivar (MGR).
The event was led by Arunkumar, District Secretary of AIADMK. Legislator Amman K Arjunan and others took part.

The 32nd memorial day of late Ex-CM Dr. MG Ramachandran was commemorated at Amma Makkal Munnetra Kalagam office headed by District Secretary, Nellai Selvan.
They garlanded the statue of MGR located at Rotti Kadai in Valaparai and paid homage.
The event was attended by several AIADMK cadres and committed members.
