Addressing the public at Alangombu, Pethikuttai and nearby villages in support of the AIADMK candidates contesting the local body polls in Karamadai Panchayat Union in Mettupalayam taluk in Coimbatore district, the Minister said "Voting for AIADMK will result in good schemes whereas voting for DMK is futile."
He also alleged that 38 DMK MPs who won in the recent parliamentary elections have not done any good for the public. He further added that only AIADMK government can implement welfare schemes to improve the livelihood of the people. He cited the ongoing infrastructure facilities like bridge and road works carried out acoss the district.
