"Living in times that require every individual especially students to be vigilant, the programme on self defence is a countermeasure that teaches defending oneself from harm", said Sensai Dr. Emmanuel Daniel, Faculty of Social Work, along with his team of NSS volunteers who taught various defence techniques to the students.
