Addressing a press meet, the organisers of the cat show from CCC said that they are expecting a footfall of 4000 to 5000 visitors, this year.
"Around 150 cats from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra, New Delhi and Mumbai have registered to take part in the event. And, 20 breeds of cats including Persian, Siamese, Maine Coon and British Shorthair will be taking part in the 8th and 9th World Cat Federation International Championship Cat Show to be held at Hindusthan Arts and Science College here on December 21st & 22nd."
"Globally acclaimed Judges will take part in the cat show and judge the cats. Trophies and certificates will be given to all cats participating in the event. The registration fee for the event is Rs.50", said the organisers.
