"I would recommend the idea to the Tamil Nadu State government", she added.
The Telegana Governor also acclaimed that "There is nothing in this world that women cannot do. Success doesn't come easily to them, as they have to overcome multiple odds".
Commenting on the recent Telegana gang rape and killing, she condemned and quoted "Allow girls to shine; don't burn them."
"I am a very ordinary woman but an extraordinary woman at completing the task given to me. Woman have to learn to ignore all discouragements and fight all odds to emerge successful", Governor Tamilisai advised.
