Tirupur: Two College student lost their life in a road accident on Wednesday on Coimbatore - Salem National Highway near Tirupur.
According to police reports, Aravind Kumar (20) from Salem and Pradeep (19) from Namakkal district, are students of Kumaraguru College of Technology in Coimbatore. On Wednesday morning, the duo were travelling from Coimbatore to Salem in a bike.
When they reached near EB office in Pallakoundanpalayam in Tirupur, their two wheeler collided with a truck. In the crash, both Aravind and Pradeep sustained grievous injuries and died on the spot.
The Uttukkuli police have filed a case and are investigating.
