Coimbatore: In order to help the tea estate workers to avoid negative interactions with wild animals in Valparai, an awareness meeting was held at the Anamalai Tiger Reserve Training Centre in Attakatti here.
Headed by Division Forest Officer Marimuthu, the meeting focused on creating awareness about animal behaviour.
The workers were also sensitised about working closely with the forest department personnel in night patrolling.
