Coimbatore: The TNSTC Managing Director, Anbu Abraham lauded the honesty of the bus conductor and driver of TN38N2994 ( route no. 5C) for handing over a bag that had been left behind by a passenger to the headquarters.
Coimbatore: The TNSTC Managing Director, Anbu Abraham lauded the honesty of the bus conductor and driver of TN38N2994 ( route no. 5C) for handing over a bag that had been left behind by a passenger to the headquarters.
The bag which contained Rs. 69,000 was left behind by a passenger named Mercy who had travelled in the bus on November 11 around 10.30 am. Upon finding that the bag had cash in it, the conductor of the bus, Ranganathan P.No C21763 and Driver Palanisamy, P.No C27486 handed over the bag with the money to their headquarters.
The passenger claimed her bag from the headquarters after showing the ticket she had bought on the bus. Commending the integrity of the two male staff on the bus, the TNSTC Managing Director appreciated them on November 12 and honoured them by draping shawls around them.
