Dr. Vandana Madhavkumar, Programme Administrator and Associate Professor, GRGCAS facilitated the session which covered topics like professional writing skills - adapting words to suit the audience; writing business messages, practising e-mail etiquette, communicating in organisational settings - developing business etiquette, applying elements of good talking, improving non-verbal communication, delivering effective presentations and business speeches during the session.
Participants interacted with superiors, subordinates, peers, suppliers and customers.
