Tirupur: Public caught hold of a 15-year old girl who attempting a theft in a residential area in Tirupur.
With over 500 houses in Appachi Nagar, Tirupur, it has been reported that there have been frequent theft of items and vehicles parked in residential areas and knitwear companies.
Meanwhile, a teenage girl tried to jump inside a locked house. She was nabbed by the public who informed the North Police Station, Tirupur. Upon rceiving information, the Tirupur North Police arrived at the spot and took custody of the girl for interrogation. The investigation revealed that she as just 15 years old and a resident of Ambedkar Nagar. Police are continuing the investigation with the CCTV camera footage as evidence.
