TNAU to host workshop to train participants on how to make value added products from Millets


Post Harvest Technology Centre of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) has invited applications for its two-day workshop. At this training programme participants will be taught how to make value-added products such as traditional foods, a variety of pasta, bakery products and instant food mixes from millets. This workshop will be hosted at the TNAU campus on October 17 and 18.

Participation in this workshop is by registration only. Interested candidates can register for this two-day programme by paying a registration fee of Rs. 1,500/- on or before 17 October. A Demand Draft (DD) in favour of Professor and Head, Post Harvest Technology Centre, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University payable at Coimbatore, and should be sent to the Professor and Head, Post Harvest Technology Centre, Agrl.
