"Positive affirmations can heal our lives. A particular pattern of thinking can bring certain physical ailments, so when our thinking pattern changes the ailments can be healed. Louise Hay came out of cancer through this process; she wrote so many books like 'You can heal your life'. But a fact is a thought which is repeated mechanically will not work. For our prayers and our wishes to come true, harmony should be maintained within our thought process. So what we pray or wish won't come to us. The thing we earn out of our disciplined way of thinking would bring the prayers or wishes to reality. There are so many workshops conducted on 'Law of attraction'. These medicines are alternate to alternative medicines." said Dr. Thilakavathy.

When speaking about situational and mid-life crisis “Generally we blame circumstances for actions and behavior which is totally wrong. When a usually calm person gets angry there would be so much anger stored in our mind which bursts at a time. Positive mental practices should be exercised to keep everything at peace."

She also stated that for a positive thought to reap inside your mind the seeds we put should be good and healthy "From a scene we see in real life to the scene we see in films everything makes an impact within our emotions and attitudes, so what we intake also matters a lot."
