Following the confusing and controversial draft policy uploaded to the MHRD website, Minister of State for Education, Sengottaiyan has clarified that three language policy will not be implemented in Tamilnadu 

He clarified that Tamilnadu will continue with its own two language policy of teaching Tamil and English while anyone can choose to study Hindi as their second language. 



This draft policy which was uploaded yesterday caused a furore as Imposition of Hindi claims started to be widely speculated.
