The volunteers along with the forest department will carry out the census programme at Singara, Sigur and Masinagudi forest ranges.

Earlier, a similar census was carried out in the 321 sq.ft of the core area in MTR.
The volunteers along with the field staff from forest department would begin their field work on a daily basis, every mornings and evenings until the 1st of June and enter the data in an App. The data will be analysed and later be released as census.
