Coimbatore: The Coimbatore Metropolitan Round Table 62 and Coimbatore Metropolitan Ladies Circle 23 jointly inaugurated a two classroom block at Tinkle Sevaa in Anaikatti on Thursday here.
Coimbatore: The Coimbatore Metropolitan Round Table 62 and Coimbatore Metropolitan Ladies Circle 23 jointly inaugurated a two classroom block at Tinkle Sevaa in Anaikatti on Thursday here.
According to a statement, the classroom blocks will accommodate over 100 tribal children from both the Pannimadai and Anaikatti areas.
“They will aim to provide a holistic approach to learning and education,” the statement said.
D. Ajmal, National Project Convenor, S. Ashwin, Area Chairman of Round Table India, Poonam Bafna, Area Secretary of Ladies Circle India were present during the event along with other dignitaries.
The dignitaries said that it was done to emphasis and give importance to classrooms and education under the objective ‘Freedom through Education’, which aims at providing education to underpriviledged children through construction of classrooms all over India.
They also applauded Suresh, the Founder of the BNM-TSK trust, who also paved the way for the establishment of Tinkle Sevaa.
