Kamal Haasan's remarks referring to Nathuram Godse who killed Mahatma Gandhi in 1948 as “free India’s first terrorist was a Hindu", has sparked controversy. Several hindu outfits and BJP has demanded the arrest of the actor-politician for his vicious comments against hindu religion.
The SP of Aravakuruchi has warned that action will be initiated against those who spread communal hatred and outrage religious feelings during election campaigns which again is against the moral code of conduct.
