The Nilgiris : Foresters and villagers joined hands in guiding back to forest a herd of wild elephants that entered their village at Mulli in the Nilgiris District.

The Nilgiris : Foresters and villagers joined hands in guiding back to forest a herd of wild elephants that entered their village at Mulli in the Nilgiris District.



The elephants that entered the Periyar Nagar via Mulli Hills and Mullikoor on Saturday night started moving inside agricultural fields and tea estates in the area creating panic among the people.



They immediately alerted foresters who involved in guiding the animals back inside the reserve along with general public.
