G. Mayilsami will be contesting in Sulur assembly. And, P. Shakthivel for Thirupparankundram,
Aravakurichi, S. Mohanraj and M. Gandhi ,

G. Mayilsami (65) is an organic farmer from Sulur. A keen and dedicated organic farmer, Mayilsami has been involved in the production of organic fertilizers and manure. He has been actively involved in social welfare activities through various NGOs. He also served as a Treasurer in Uzhavar Uzhaippalar Vivasaya Sangam for a long period.
"Being an organic farming enthusiast, I will strive to work for the upliftment of organic farming in Sulur", says Mayilsamy.
He also added that clean and uninterrupted water supply, restoring and protecting water bodies in and around Sulur constituency and green environment are his plans for Sulur constituency.
As tomorrow, April 29 is the last day for filing nomination paper, it is expected that Mayilsamy will be filing his nomination papers tomorrow morning at the Tahsildhar office.
