Coimbatore : Following the brazen daylight burglary in Muthoot Finance (pawn shop) in Ramanathapuram, the police are scrutinizing the CCTV footage to nab the masked man who fled the scene with allegedly 800 sovereign of gold.
Coimbatore : Following the brazen daylight burglary in Muthoot Finance (pawn shop) in Ramanathapuram, the police are scrutinizing the CCTV footage to nab the masked man who fled the scene with allegedly 800 sovereign of gold.
The burglary happened around 3:30 p.m, when a masked man walked into the shop and assaulted two women staff, Renuka and Dhivya who were on duty and burgled 800 sovereign of gold and cash of Rs. 1 lakh.
The masked man then eloped with the burgled jewels from the shop.
During an investigation with the two women staff who were assaulted during the burglary, the police were unconvinced with the narration of the burglary told by them. Hence, they have decided to further investigate the staff.
