Coimbatore: According to an official release, the Pollachi sexual assault case has been transfered from CB-CID to CBI.
Coimbatore: According to an official release, the Pollachi sexual assault case has been transfered from CB-CID to CBI.
Though the case was transfered to CBI on March 13, the case was still handled by the CB-CID. Now, the case has been officially transfered and a FIR has been filed under IPC sections 341,294(b),323,324,506(ii).
Citing the nature of crime as 'extremely serious', the case was tehn transfered to CBI.
