During the hearing, Magistrate Vadamalai adjourned the investigation of the case to June 3. Thereafter, Walayar Manoj openly stated to the media outside the Court, "Two Keralites under Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy are issuing death threats to me," he alleged. Meanwhile, Manoj's lawyer Anandh said that a petition will be filed to transfer the case to another state.
