Sri Krishna Institutions, Coimbatore today conducted a leadership programme on the topic ’Sky is the limit’ for the first year B.E and B.Tech students of Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology, Kuniamuthur and Sri Krishna College of Technology, Kovaipudur. Dr.I.S.Parveen Sultana, Professor and renowned motivational speaker was the Chief Guest for the event.

‘The best formula to win in the life is to formulate the pertinent, feasible and right goals at a young age in life. The youth period is the right time to plan life. Anybody can become anybody provided one who plans at the earliest age and execute properly with enthusiasm. We have to find our strengths and weakness and sort-out our weakness through our strengths. We all are gifted with abounded energies, positives, strengths, knowledge, skills etc., proper usage of all those potentials will lead us to the path of success.
Friendship is the greatest gift in one’s life time hence it is important to have a right peer group. She enlightened the minds of budding engineers by quoting Maha Kavi Bharathi’s lines and emphasized youngsters to welcome their future with fear in eyes and hope in heart’. She concluded her motivational speech by saying “Do your duties” with determination and focus and that is the secret behind “Sigaram Ungal Uyiram’.
The motivational speech on leadership by Dr.I.S.Parveen Sultana was definitely an eye-opener for the students. The students enthusiastically participated in the interactive session and clarified their doubts on leadership.
